Truck drivers use Rose Rocket to get the job done without any paperwork. Intended for customers of the Rose Rocket TMS, the driver mobile app works perfectly to streamline communication between you and your dispatcher. Instantly receive manifests from dispatchers and have them updated even while you are on the move. Cut the paperwork while being able to capture e-signatures, add accessorials and take photos of documents and shipments.
Use the Rose Rocket Driver app to:
- Receive manifests instantly: Manifests are sent to the app in real time and are updated immediately when dispatch adds or removes a stop
- View stop information at a glance: Find important reference numbers, special instructions, and details about each stop.
- Navigate to stops with ease: Find the best route to a stop with direct integrations to your preferred map application.
- Capture documentation: Forget the paperwork and capture e-signatures, documents, and pictures related to an order that get uploaded automatically to the Rose Rocket TMS.
- Send real-time order updates: With one click you can communicate your progress at a stop without disruptive phone calls.
- Escalate issues: Relay problems about a stop to dispatch and capture details to refer to later on.
- Add accessorials: Document unplanned added services like inside delivery or detention time to ensure that they get billed.
- Chat with the dispatchers: User driver chat feature to communicate with the dispatcher.
- Driver Pay: Use this feature to stay on top of the work completed and their estimated earnings.

Geofencing comes to Rose Rocket Platform users!
If enabled, drivers will now receive a "Arrive at stop" push notifications when they come within 800 m of a stop location. If a driver stays within a geofence area for over 15 minutes, the system will automatically mark them as arrived at the stop location.
This release also includes minor improvements to notifications and some bug fixes.
